Conversational UI - fast tracking the customer experience

If you want to engage your customers on a one-on-one level and in real time, then your entire customer experience needs to be part of the conversation.

The technology behind conversational UI has been in the market for a long time and the trend is still going strong. The question now is: can we build conversations with users so naturally and intuitively, that they won’t even know they’re talking to a computer?

Join us as we welcome Line Munkholm Haukrogh, Group Head of Digital Banking at Danske Bank, who will set the scene on conversational UI and share Danske Bank’s learnings and considerations.

This virtual Tech Update will cover:

  • Danske Bank’s experiences in building personal dialogue flows in their mobile banking solution, with a huge focus on the user experience. What have been the main benefits for the bank and what do their users say?
  • How far along is Conversational UI abroad?
  • How to start building the right platform and how to use machine learning to become smarter?
