30 Danish municipalities will now use the “Kontakt Læge” (Contact Doctor) app, and more and more will every week.
We are so happy about this because it means that social and healthcare professionals in almost a third of our municipalities can help citizens make video consultations with their GPs.
With more than 1 million downloads, most people now know the “Min Læge” (My Doctor) app, which, amongst many other features, makes it possible to have video calls with your doctor using NemID – an opportunity that has really gained its legitimacy after the Covid-19 outbreak. However, not all citizens have NemID or can use it on their own.
That’s why Københavns Kommune and Praktiserende Lægers Organisation (PLO) – The Danish Organization of General Practitioners has developed the “Contact Doctor” app, which is an addition to the “My Doctor” app.

Kontakt Læge App nu i 30 danske kommuner
30 danske kommuner anvender nu app’en Kontakt Læge, og flere kommer til hver uge.
Det er vi glade for, for det betyder, at social- og sundhedsfagligt personale i næsten en tredjedel af vores kommuner kan hjælpe borgere med at lave videokonsultationer med deres praktiserende læge.
Med mere end 1 mio. downloads, så kender de fleste efterhånden app’en Min Læge, der blandt mange andre features, gør det muligt at foretage videoopkald med egen læge ved brug af sit NemID. En mulighed, som for alvor har fået sin berettigelse efter udbruddet af COVID-19. Det er dog ikke alle borgere der har NemID eller kan benytte det på egen hånd.
Derfor udviklede Københavns Kommune og PLO app’en Kontakt Læge, der er en tilføjelse til Min Læge. Kontakt Læge er en teknisk løsning, som gør det muligt for kommunens medarbejdere at starte videokonsultationer med den praktiserende læge på vegne af borgeren.
