Compassana and Well join forces to create a digital health ecosystem reaching around 70% of Switzerland’s insured population

Two of Switzerland’s leading digital health platforms, Compassana and Well, are joining forces to form Compassana-Well AG. The merger brings the two digital health ecosystems together on one shared platform, with the aim of making healthcare more connected and easier to access digitally. 

The shared platform will connect more of the patient journey in one place, from checking symptoms and finding the right point of care to appointments, treatment information and secure access to relevant medical data. 

Trifork continues its involvement 

Compassana-Well AG is backed by eleven partners across the Swiss healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, healthcare providers, leading health insurers and technology partners. 

Trifork is one of the eleven partners behind the initiative and is currently a shareholder in Compassana. That commitment will continue in the new Compassana-Well AG. 

In addition, Trifork is Compassana’s technology partner, supporting its digital platform built on the Trifork Health Platform (THP).

For Trifork, the merger is an example of how collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem, combined with the right digital foundation, can contribute to better connected healthcare.
