Partnering with Trifork, Mind Energy is establishing a unified, real-time data platform that enables faster development, scalable operations, and a strong foundation for advanced analytics and AI-driven optimization.
Mind Energy operates across more than 40 international energy markets, trading a broad portfolio of renewable and conventional energy assets. As part of its Switch28 strategy, including the transition from Energy Denmark to Mind Energy, the company set out to strengthen its international position and digital capabilities.
With rapid growth, data from trading, assets, and operations became increasingly fragmented across multiple systems without a common architectural foundation. This made it difficult to gain real-time insight, slowed down development, and increased complexity as new markets and applications were introduced.
Mind Energy identified the need for a future-ready data platform capable of unifying data streams, supporting high-frequency processing, and enabling advanced analytics and AI use cases over time.
Mind Energy partnered with Trifork to implement Corax Data, Trifork’s event-driven data platform designed for complex and data-intensive environments. A joint enablement team was established, and within two months the platform was fully integrated into Mind Energy’s IT landscape and operational across three environments.
Deployed on Microsoft Azure and aligned with Mind Energy’s IT strategy, Corax Data provides a secure and scalable foundation where internal teams can build applications and analytics directly on top of shared data structures. Trifork supports the platform with 24/7 operations, cyber security measures, and governance, allowing Mind Energy to focus on developing new applications and creating business value.

Today, Mind Energy ingests data from more than 50 sources into a unified data universe supporting both operations and trading. Development speed is expected to increase significantly, while the effort required for data integration will be reduced with a shared and consistent data architecture.
Corax Data will serve as a central enabler for data availability, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives, supporting Mind Energy’s long-term mission to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy.
