Trifork Arrival is a digital registration system for arrival and reception for patients meeting the modern hospital. The system ensures a personal and secure electronic reception via self-service station scanning of the health insurance card. The patient is thoroughly guided on a screen so that there is no doubt or confusion about times, locations, and other important predefined information.
Trifork Arrival is an integrated part of the booking systems and the EHR of the hospital that makes sure that all relevant information regarding the welcome of the patient is passed along on the screen. Furthermore, the system makes an automatic registration in the EHR, when the patient scans the health card. Thus, the system is an important tool for the clinical staff, who will be informed about the arrival of the patients, whether the patients is registered correctly in the EHR, information about the patient as well as any future bookings and their location.
