Agenda

  • Find out what’s new with Google Cloud in the Swiss market and worldwide. Both, from a product perspective, but also market relevance.

  • While the topic of a Contact Center might be apparently more closely relevant for the Head of Support, yes this is relevant for C-Levels, especially CMOs and COOs, in their joint effort to understand and improve the customer experience and the interaction with their brand.

Contact centers are one of the most important ways businesses respond to and meet customer needs. However, the demand for quality customer service comes with its own set of operational challenges. As a result, many businesses are embracing cloud technologies and AI to help provide better and more helpful customer experiences, more efficiently.

Contact Center AI, which we announced last July, lets you provide personalized, intuitive customer care from the first «Hello». Now, we’re pleased to announce that businesses can easily start implementing Contact Center AI today to drive results that matter to your customers and your business.

  • The typical challenges in most service organizations is increasing complexity and diversification in the service offerings, making detailed knowledge of the customer context and general access to information increasingly critical. Furthermore, the consequence is that clients also experience increasing call durations and cost for service personnel.

Through a smart service center, we enabled our client’s agents to focus solely on the customer dialogue, which results in more personal and emphatic conversations. By combining the dialogue and customer context, we discover the best answers in real-time and increase the “first time right” answers, plus reduce the call duration. Trifork will explain how they developed a Smart Service Centre solution for a customer and what the real challenges are before your organization and systems architecture become mature to drive smart service automation.

    • Focus on human conversations and discover needs with voice recognition
    • Discover the right answer for the customer context through self-learning algorithms
    • Provide a single platform which mines the relevant information systems

The result, we enabled strong impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by providing the right answer faster.

  • Google now announces that Migrate for Anthos is generally available, allowing all businesses to convert physical servers or virtual machines from a variety of sources (on-premises, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Compute Engine) directly into containers running in Anthos or Google Kubernetes Engine.

Anthos is one of Google’s most important recent launches and sets the standard for modernising apps in today’s multi-cloud world. Early Anthos adopters have seen a 5x return on investment and 13x improvement in time-to-market.

Google will share deep insights into how Migrate for Anthos grant your business the flexibility to transform your existing infrastructure with ease.

  • Customers matter, and so do their opinions. With the increasing power and velocity of Social Media (SoMe), public opinion is more significant than ever. Knowing what shapes brand perception is essential for any successful business. However, often times, the amount of public impressions are difficult to track and only the loudest voices get most of the attention. By utilising Google Cloud’s AI capabilities, it’s possible to generate quantitative and more representative insights of opinions across multiple SoMe channels, which can be use as valuable input to increase brand equity and define business critical operations like demand planning, sales forecasting or churn predictions.
