Demystifying Quantum Computing

Quantum computing has the promise of changing the world. It could transform industries like medicine, finance and agriculture, break encryption and revolutionise artificial intelligence. More and more breakthroughs are being made everyday as companies like IBM, Microsoft and Google race to build reliable quantum computers.

In this talk, we will break down this complex but relevant topic and explain why it has such potential, but also explain what it is not. This means that we won’t be trying to explain how cats are both alive and dead at the same time.

Recognising its opportunities, organisations can begin considering how they can best orient their people and processes to make use of quantum computing in the future.

This Virtual Tech Update will cover the following questions:

  • Why is quantum computing so promising?
  • What are the practical implications of it?
  • What to keep an eye out for in the future?
  • What are the next step for those who want to invest in it?

This event is aimed at:

  • CDO, CIO, CTO’s
  • Strategic business advisors
  • Anyone who wants to know what all the fuss is about
