Since its inception in 1996, Trifork has been motivated by pushing the limits and boundaries of what new technologies and methods can do for mankind.
The company has more than 1,200 employees, across 69 business units, with offices in 12 countries in Europe and the USA, and works in six business areas: Digital Health, FinTech, Smart Building, Cloud Operations, Cyber Protection and Smart Enterprise.
We position ourselves with our customers as a trusted technology partner, and have a working model where we focus on putting the right developer team working closely together in an agile setup from our own offices.
The main cultural driver at Trifork is how we are organized. Small units with no more than 42 people give each location an informal and direct style of internal communication. Trifork has a flat organization and each individual is empowered to take ownership and responsibility.
Our daily work is characterized by an open and honest atmosphere, and we put emphasis on creating a challenging yet fun working environment.

Vestas Wind Systems A/S is the energy industry’s global partner on sustainable energy solutions. They design, manufacture, install, and service wind turbines across the globe, and use a CIR system for documentation of their inspections. To keep up with the growing number of turbines under Service, Vestas needed to extend the capabilities of the CIR system, which Trifork helped solving.
Denmark is one of the most digitalized countries in the world with a solid IT infrastructure, and this has contributed to getting the nation through the corona crisis fairly gently. With the development of several solutions, Trifork has supported Denmark’s digital lead since the country closed down in the spring of 2020.
In a high-speed agile development process Danske Bank and Trifork developed a market leading mobile payment solution, MobilePay, in only 6 months. In May 2013, MobilePay was launched in Denmark. In November 2014, the solution had reached 1.8 million users – which means MobilePay was installed on every second smartphone in Denmark.
