Trifork Smart Building One has been selected as one of 50 innovative, green and sustainable cases by Danish newspaper Børsen (Børsen is the largest Danish newspaper specialising in business news).
Trifork is on a mission to build the most sustainable office buildings leveraging wood construction & upcycled materials/interior with optimised energy consumption and user experience through an intelligent digital infrastructure supporting dynamic climate- & power control.
Only 1% of the building industry’s turnover is used on innovation and the building industry’s productivity pr CO2 emission has not evolved during the last 25 years, while almost all other sectors have improved by more than 30%. Trifork is changing that and we are investing in sustainable, digital buildings, collaborating with the best building partners, and installing state-of-the-art digital infrastructure upon which we can build novel, Intelligent Building Management Systems.

With Smart Building & IoT, Trifork fulfills the need for technological solutions supporting connected and smart buildings and devices, thereby actively contributing towards CO2 neutral ambitions and growing demand for frictionless user interaction and a digital connection with the physical world.
Our first smart building, TSBOne, will be finished during the fall of 2022, and the second and third will be finished in 2023. More buildings are projected from 2024 and onwards. You can read more about the project here
