Their solutions already create real value by supporting advisory conversations and making them more efficient. But the team saw an opportunity to take things even further.

Instead of focusing on AI as a cost-cutting tool, &money chose to use it to empower advisors , enabling more relevant conversations, stronger customer experiences and, ultimately, better sales and adivsory results. And the impact is clear: in one business case with Danish banks, &money’s Customer Engagement Platform helped free up 450,000 hours of advisory capacity, time that can now be spent creating real value for customers.

Empowering advisors with the right insights

To bring more value into every customer interaction, &money has integrated Corax AI, Trifork’s AI  platform, across their existing product portfolio. This enables AI to be embedded into the tools advisors already use.

Customer meetings now start with a single click from the CRM system. AI agents help ensure that key topics, such as campaign messages, advisory goals or personal context, are covered during the conversation. It also suggests relevant products based on the conversation during the meetingand supports follow-up with a meeting summary and an evaluation continuously educating the advisors.

AI is also used to generate quick customer overviews, showing the entire customer history about the customers interactions, giving advisors the information they need to prepare for meetings or take over a portfolio with confidence.

Soon, customers will also be able to prepare through a digital assistant that guides them through document uploads and meeting expectations, helping both sides come better prepared and have valuable outcome of the meeting.

By integrating AI into familiar workflows, &money has made it easier to run more focused meetings, deliver better service and create more consistent outcomes.

By building their AI features on Corax AI, &money has been able to bring new capabilities to market faster and with less complexity. The platform’s flexibility and cost-efficiency have made it easy to orchestrate and scale AI capabilities across their product portfolio.

The integration supports three key areas:
