Line Munkholm Haukrogh is overall responsible for digital retail channel development at Danske Bank, heading up Digital Banking – Retail Channels. She is responsible for digital channel strategies and execution of current channel portfolio, building omni channel capabilities as well as our UX & Design approach.
Line comes from a position of running and developing personal digital channels, payments and Fintech partnerships across all segments as well as heading the UX & Design agenda for personal customers.
Line has been heading agile initiatives since 2012, mostly centred around channel development, interface plays, enabling self service for both personal, investment and pension customers.
