The Technical Leadership Improvement Program (TLIP) is a hands-on learning experience for software professionals who are stepping into—or growing within—technical leadership roles. Built around the real challenges of leading in tech, the program empowers participants to lead both people and technology with confidence.
Co-developed with leadership experts from Syndicate, TLIP blends practice with theory in a collaborative setting. Over several months, participants engage in workshops, peer learning, and case-based discussions that mirror the complexity of leading in modern tech organizations. The program is part-time and designed to fit into the schedule of working professionals.
