The Trifork Group has completed the acquisition of 50.1% of the share capital in the Danish SAP consulting and operations company SAPBASIS ApS on January 7, 2020. With the acquisition of SAPBASIS and their deep, technical understanding of SAP operations, Trifork expands their range of services offered to SAP customers to include SAP operations and technical consultancy services.
Alongside Netic and Invokers from the Trifork Group, SAPBASIS will support the Trifork Smart Enterprise business area, which covers the entire process from design, to development, to implementation and to operations of innovative digital solutions – delivering a strong value proposition in the full life cycle of the digitalized enterprise.
