Trifork RoOS is a powerful tool for structuring communication across different departments of the hospital, making maximum use of resources, and ultimately providing better service to patients. With Trifork RoOS, the nurse can create both planned and urgent tasks in the system and set messages to appear to the right person at a specific time. The patient’s condition, urgency as well as any additional messages can be attached to the task. On his or her smartphone, the doctor can quickly get an overview of current tasks and messages on his personal work list, continuously mark the status of the tasks, or help overloaded colleagues.
If a nurse urgently needs a doctor to perform a task on a patient, he or she creates with the task in RoOS. The task will then appear to all the doctors of the department and can be accepted by anyone who is available and close by. This results in better task flow and less waiting time for patients in the department.
